INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Aussie Breakaway Tours cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events. Passengers must be in the opinion of the operator physically fit to undertake activities on itineraries as some activities involve a higher than normal risk.
We do not include travel insurance and strongly recommend that passengers have their own insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings & not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date.
Aussie Breakaway Tours reserves the right to change prices with out notice. All fares are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Cancellations- fees will be charged in the event of booking cancellations
within one week of departure time 0%
within 1week - 2 week 50%
within 2 weeks – 3 weeks 100%
Full fare must be paid to secure bookings.
CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to cancel tours, alter itineraries, routes, or activities if necessary. Aussie Breakaway Tours may occasionally deem it necessary to provide alternate transport.
No refunds will be given in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Aussie Breakaway Tours can’t guarantee pick-up or drop off times and is not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services.
Minimum passenger numbers apply and cancellations may occur. Full refunds will be given.
DELIVERY POLICY:
All products purchased are delivered immediately (via web page and email) upon purchase and can be printed and redeemed at the appropriate travel company.
Note: If you don't have access to a printer at the time of purchase, just log on to your account at a later time and print your vouchers.OR contact us.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Aussie Breakaway Tours (ABT) have secrecy provisions that prohibit any employee of the ABT from accessing, recording or disclosing anyone's personal information. There are severe penalties for breaking these provisions.
Your personal information will not be released unless your permission is given. We provide a secure environment and a reliable system but you should be aware that there may be inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the Internet. For those who do not wish to use the Internet, the ABT provides alternative ways of obtaining and providing information. In some circumstances, the ABT security guidelines may also require us to send particular information by non-electronic means.

CUSTOMER Responsibility - Our Responsibility
· We reserve the right to cancel, change or decline to accept any passenger at any time for any reason, without limitation.
· Every effort would be made to ensure that vehicles arrive on time. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay occurs which are beyond our control. We acknowledge by acceptance, that we and our agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for transportation, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, machinery breakdown or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services included in this transfer or any other causes beyond their control.
· We will take all reasonable steps to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip. We do not take responsibility for events that are beyond our control and accept no liability for passengers missing their flights, meetings or events. If a passenger is objectionable to other passengers or disturbing and causing discomfort, they will be asked to leave the service. If a passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or believed to be physically or mentally incapable of travelling they will not be permitted to use the service and we are not liable for cost incurred as a result of a passenger precluded to travel.
· After 20 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, if passengers are not ready for pickup or calling us, we will consider you as ‘no-show’ and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL & FOOD
· Event Transfers, reserves the right to prohibit the consumption of food and alcohol on any vehicle. If passengers are found to be consuming food or alcohol, Event Transfers may charge a fee of up to $150.00. There may be additional charges for any liquid spills or stain removal.
Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations of confirmed bookings more than 72 hours prior to pickup booking scheduled time will result in 25% of the total booking price.
· Cancellations of confirmed bookings more than 24 and less than 72 hours prior to pickup booking scheduled time will result in 50% of the total booking price.
· Cancellations of confirmed bookings less than 24 hours prior to pickup booking scheduled time will result in 100% of the total booking price.
· Schedule changes for time only permitted at least 24 hours prior to booking pickup scheduled time. Any changes less than 24 hours prior to your booking pickup scheduled time are subject to availability and will incur $30.00 fee.
· All requests for modifications and cancellation must be directed by Email.
